The road to Koshien

In case you missed it, the regional tournaments for the summer Koshien tournament started last weekend.

As every year, your first source of information should be @RealEdwinDizon fabulous blog simply called 高校野球, which reads “kokoyakyu”, but if you are reading this post you might already know that. He’s guiding you through everything that’s happening on a prefectural level right now. Personally, I’ll wait until the dust settles and we have a bracket.

You might also want to bookmark the tournament’s homepage so have it ready when the show starts. As every year the games will be streamed live. At least I hope they will be. In the meantime you can play a game of janken with the mascot Nettama-kun. There’s also an Adachi Mitsuru related game (who is responsible for some the best high school baseball related manga, like “Touch” oder “H2”) on the website, which is pretty cool.
