13 innings, 232 pitches, one high school pitcher

This might be the next phenom implosion waiting to happen, but for now Saibi Koukou’s (Ehime) pitcher Tomohiro Anraku (安楽智大), a second year student who is just 16 years old, pitched a 232 complete game over 13 innings to help his team defeat Kouryou from Hiroshima by a score of 4-3 on Tuesday.

Extreme workloads are nothing new in Japanese High School Baseball as outlined in this article (hat tip to @yakyunightowl). If you want to watch the whole game, you can find it here. Anraku is pitching from the top of the 1st inning on (Saibi Koukou is the home team in this one).
